Part time option is not available 

New program begins every Summer
Four Semesters: Summer Session I, Summer Session II, Fall semester, Spring Semester 

Certification Areas (grades 7 – 12)
English – Math – Science – History/Social Studies – World Language – Agriculture (grades k-12) – Special Education (grades k – 12) West Htfd Campus only

Applications will be accepted from September 1 – December 1 for the following summer

 

Admission Requirements

Undergraduate degree with required credits in the subject area you want to teach Most subject areas require a minimum of 36 credits Praxis I exam or Praxis I Waiver Praxis II exam www.ets.org or ACTFL exam for World Language candidates www.languagetesting.com U.S. History course www.sde.ct.gov/sde Physical Education/Health class An online CPR course will be accepted
