This page advises the University of Connecticut community regarding weather-related closings.

For the status of a specific activity or event, contact the sponsor/host (ie Jorgensen Center, Gampel Pavilion) for updates.

For Updates:

Listen to local radio or television broadcasts or call the appropriate University information line for your campus to check for updates. University employees may also check UConn voice mail for possible announcements. Others may call the Storrs campus emergency closing line listed below.

Accessing Email:

Students will receive email notifications through their HuskyMail, which is accessible from the Students’ webpage.

Faculty and Staff will receive email through their UConn accounts, which are accessible from the Faculty & Staff webpage; or via Outlook Web Access](Note - use your NetID to log in after clicking on “Outlook Web Access”)

 

Accessing Voice Mail:

Employees at the Storrs campus may also check their University voice mail via (860) 486-5555 for broadcast bulletin messages. Telecommunications maintains an information page on how to access University voicemail from off-campus. Voicemail Info
