The Department of Residential Life's "The Front Desk" is a service center that assists residence hall students "all day & all night" -- seven days a week. Feel free to contact us with any question, if we do not have the information, we will direct you to those who do!

What does The Front Desk do?

  • Respond to student lock-outs
  • Process work requests
  • Provide direct access for students & staff to report emergency facilities situations
  • Serve as liaison with the Lock Shop & Facilities Operations
  • Tackle any question and concern that comes to the desk!

Have you lost your keys? If so, did you check the following places?*

-Your car;

-Your friend’s room;

-Your room;

-Your pockets.

Please thoroughly check your room and any places you have been recently.
We may not be able to cancel the lock change once it has been submitted.
