An online system that allows you the ability to log an issue immediately with the Help Center. The Help Center uses an ACD (Automated Call Distribution) system to help distribute calls among the analysts. If you happen to call when all consultants are busy assisting other customers the system allows you the option of leaving a voice mail. You can reach us by dialing this number: 860-486-4357. E-Mails are checked and responded to periodically throughout the day.

The UITS Help Center serves as a central point of contact to manage, communicate, and facilitate the resolution of technology service related problems (e.g., NetID, E-Mail, VPN, Student Administration System, HuskyCT, etc.).
