Welcome to the Department of Educational Leadership

The Department of Educational Leadership offers graduate degrees and course work in adult learning, educational leadership, and higher education student affairs. Programs within each of these three clusters prepare professionals for key leadership positions, provide exemplary instruction and service, and conduct scholarly research that both advances theory and informs practice. These programs and faculty research efforts are enhanced by the newly established UConn Center for Education Policy Analysis based within the department.
