A Single Point of Contact

University Conference Services provides a single point of contact for all of your needs on campus to ensure the success of your event. Our customized services include all aspects of planning and on-site management of conferences, seminars and special events. These services include:

  • Meeting space reservations, including set-up and layout
  • Budget development
  • Registration services including online registration option with secure credit card payments, and production of attendee name badges and information packets
  • Onsite event production and management
  • Abstract collection and management
  • Food and beverage service
  • Audiovisual coordination
  • Conference housing
  • Transportation and parking services, including directional signage
  • Printing (signs, invitations, programs)
  • Merchandise (bags, t-shirts, flash drives)
  • Provide a single itemized invoice for all services
