Café Co-op is an eatery located in the UConn Co-op. With floor to ceiling windows and a great view of Gampel pavilion and passersby, Café Co-op is a great place to stop for a delicious sandwich, salad or better yet, one of our signature paninis, custom made while you wait. Café Co-op also serves coffees, teas, espresso, specialty drinks as well as desserts from our UConn bakery.
