Biological Sciences

Welcome to Biological Sciences. Biological Sciences includes three deparments that share in the teaching of undergraduate biology (1100's level) courses and the Biological Sciences Major. More advanced courses (2000's level and beyond) are taught by individual departments. For more information about these departments, classes, advising, majors/minors, and biology faculty please click on the following links on the left and top.

Student Information


  • Undergraduate Information: biology majors and minors, admissions, financial aid, undergraduate research opportunities , careers, fellowships and internships. Under the Advising link, information and answers to common advising questions. Course and faculty listings for each department.

  • Graduate Student Information: All graduate research programs function within one of the three biology departments. Visit their Web sites for further information (On the top bar).

  • Biology Central Services: Information and support services department shared by the three biology departments.
